Our new rain deflector fits perfect on all Model Y hoods and All Model 3 Hoods except for the 2024+ Model 3 Highland.  It clips right in to the open holes on all stock hoods. Fits new 2022 hoods with the Tesla 2 piece deflector or older cars made with no deflector.  It's a great upgrade for new cars and older one.

The purpose of this deflector is to keep water out of your 12 volt battery compartment by creating a seal on the under hood plastic tray.  This removable tray is a cover that keeps water and debris from entering into your air inlet channel as well as the heat pump area under you hood where your electronics and 12 volt battery are stored.

Over time excessive water will cause corrosion to all of the electronics and your 12 volt battery.  Installs in 10 minutes and no tools are required.  just clip in place and install the rubber bulb seal.  Check out our installation video below to see how it functions and how easily it installs.
